To help our residents continue to find personal fulfillment, we encourage involvement in our specially developed memory enhancement program. We offer an innovative and exciting approach to stimulating recall through music, current events, and creative activities. Throughout the day, residents receive expert supervision and gentle support from skilled caregivers. Residents continue the daily routines they enjoyed in the past, in safe, comfortable and tastefully appointed surroundings. In addition, they have access to a restaurant style dining room, entertainment room, a secured area for outdoor recreation and relaxation.
Transitional and Respite Care.
Pavilions at Forrestal works in conjunction with Pavilions at Forrestal Care Center in transitioning subacute rehabilitation patients who no longer require in-patient rehabilitation, but are not yet ready to return home. Our Transitional Program allows residents to extend their recuperation in an independent, yet supervised setting, which not only assists in a safe transition to home, but also provides peace of mind to family members. Mill Pond’s Respite guests are able to continue with therapy services on an out-patient basis without the inconvenience of leaving our campus.
